At the first Right Brain Aerobics class in 2006, which was actually more of an Xplorers group class in the begining, we had attempted an experiment: to send sort of "to whom it may concern" messages or questions to another dimension by writing on cards, signing the messages, and sending them with meditational intent. I put them away in a box. I have a pair of "travelling" sunglasses that have been seen by myself and a witness to disappear and appear again. I was curious to see if the cards would "travel" and planned to check them again in a couple of days.

At 4 am I awoke with a kind of voice or message in my mind saying:

"Message feceived... There are voices that you have not yet heard who are trying to reach you. They cannot yet reach your frequency range. I speak for these voices of your symbolic past and future . Be aware that as you attempt to communicate with other dimensions, so they are attempting to communicate with you."

I transcribed this, as below. This message was followed by one also in response to our "messages," who identified herself as a gray non-corporal or spiritual "extraterrestrial" being called Lela, and that link follows this article.

Evening, Aug. 18, 2006:

A kind of confirmation. I noticed late in the same day in an e-mail newsletter, a class in the evening that involved voice dialogue with certain aspects of the self. While I thought this might be more focused on current psychological aspects of the self in the current identity, since I had had the messages that morning and the venue was metaphysical, I went. What happened was, in effect, a masterful demonstration of a teacher guiding a woman to enable different "voices" of her past lives (of which she had amazing detailed recall), and her present life, to communicate directly with each other -- much as was suggested by the messages of the morning! This remarkable parallel made me regard the message below with renewed respect.

It has occured to me since, that when you tap into an information channel it will begin to play to you the music you have set in motion. We sent messages -- and received messages. I'm wondering what might have happened had we had other targets. A kind of multidimensional "remote viewing." Perhaps in one of the Xplorers Group classes we will try this.   ... S.H. Rodman

Messages from Voices Past and Future

There are voices that you have not yet heard who are trying to reach you. They cannot yet reach your frequency range. I speak for these voices of your symbolic past and future. Be aware that as you attempt to communicate with other dimensions, so they are attempting to communicate with you.

First of all, know that we are always in a developing state. We do not arrive at a particular dimension and remain static, motionless, unseeking, unlearning, without further development. We develop always, accelerating consciousness through expansiveness with other life/light forms.

I am you in a different development or evolution. It is the purpose of our evolution to be able to learn, each from the experience of the other. To experience the acquisition of this knowledge and transformation together is most warming and enriching -- to commune in this experience with you is blissful…to share this excitement of learning, of discovering each other in different forms and dimensions, where no one is hidden and no moment is ever lost. This is a very efficient universe. It retains forever the happy heartbeats of its innermost thoughts, its wishes and its dreams, spreading out through us always.

And you are like the Universe in your being.

I AM.

My voice and loves are within you as they are within many future you's. You are in touch with us as we form around you and make up the form that you will take. We pull on the energy strings or threads that bind us together -- in order to get your attention.

Why do you think that you cannot communicate with future you's, with the future of your self? All of us are always forming, or in-forming. It is our blessing to do so. Do you not communicate with past you's even of other lives as well as the energy form of this life? And why not future energy beings in whose form you will integrate? We are contained together in now. It is most interesting that you always want to know about future events, or what kind of beings you will be bound to in love over your future decades. But you do not seek to know about the future you, the evolution of you beyond time – as if we did not exist with the same real force and impact as your past energy life forms.

I am the voice of your babies yet unborn and at the same time born; of your deaths not yet experienced and yet experienced; and the lives for which they are the culminating ceremony. Rejoice.

Do not fear privately where you will be, for you will be me. I already exist in your soul form, in your larger heart knowledge. I already feel with you and reach out to touch and comfort you, when you doubt that a future you is forming, full of wonder, as you are still forming this self.

We are like the cards in the deck of the Game of Life, and as you learn to read us all, you will understand “the hands” that are your life paths. All of our psyches are bound up in you. At times you may not understand what is happening to you or why. Part of the learning and development for each of us is to see through the membrane and remember the goals, the purposes of each other, to literally know ourselves.

In your class, try to commune with yourself, in all your many forms inside and outside time, 100 years ago (both a time and a place) – and 100 years in the future, as a point of reference. A 1000 years. A million years… Where are you? Where am I? Where are we?

We feel you struggles, they pull on us. Sometimes we see you and your colors form the little rainbows in the eyes of this space.

Now to the glasses and the card: When you send the glasses and the messages, remember that glasses symbolize sight -- both physical sight and mental insight. Your messages are received, not just by those whom you call extraterrestrial, who can at times appear as matter in the third dimension, but by us (and sometimes we are the same). The future and past of you, yearning for re-union, to share what is life for all of us, in order to become what will be new life.

Let us sit together in this school and not be hidden from each other.

Ask me what is most important today for me in this learning, and I will share that with you.

We revel in the joy of your communication. Do you think we do not feel you, when you try to reach out to us?

We are most overjoyed for it means the time of the silent veil is transmuting and soon we will be whole new forms. It is most exciting for the heart.

What have you learned today? Share with us every day, and most certainly we will share with you. Write down what you learn today and send that happy card across these dimensions and we will send back our messages in different forms.

Today what we understand is that you are ready to meet us. More important, that you are ready to be us.

We send our love. Please write these communications every day if you would open the portals; write especially what you have learned, and we will respond with our lessons. Listen for our voices and take down the messages.

You can both in-form and re-form both past and future in your community with us consciously.

Now about the little glasses that fly; they do fly. They were a special gift from us. We transformed them and made them appear and disappear to you in front of other beings to initiate this kind of cross-dimensional communication with some whimsy. Definitely include some whimsy in your communication as we do in ours…! :)

Now you have forgotten that you and the man actually saw the glasses flying and reappearing when it happened. They were both seen and unseen. As you are… :)

Stop your “day” at times. And send messages to us, past and future. Listen for answers, watch for the coincidences of consciousness and you will redefine what it means to be conscious. Be conscious of our voices and you will redefine your self with a balance of energies that will soon be familiar. You know us, now be conscious of us.

Your communication is most welcome and illuminating.

Now let me ask you: What would you say to me from my/your “past,” that I should take note and remember to experience? Would you advise that I experience richer, deeper emotion, as you did not? Should I pay most careful attention to others whom I believe are part of my whole self or spiritual family and discuss our connections openly? Do you have something to share with me about our wonderful sense of humor and celestial beauty?... :)

Our story is always unfolding; truly, it is never set. Now is the point of unfolding across every dimension, across past, present, and future selves, all share now.

Do you think that there is some other now that we experience and it is different from yours? Our times may not be structured in the same way or have structure at all; we may not experience the same planet. But across all planes there is now and that connects us. Get to know me in it. Speak to me from there, I wait for you.

(In reference to our class meditation upon affirming each part of the body.) Go into my now and your now, as if this were a part of your body --- love it, appreciate it, know its look and feel.

When you talk to me from your present, into the me that is your past or future, you use that now a bridge, for I too can speak to you there. The purpose of your so-called Right Brain Aerobics is to exercise the now, to notice it and enjoy its size, expand the capabilities of your interdimensional counterparts that can access now in different ways. Do not be so serious. We called life a Game because if it is not fun, then why would your desires attract it?? Multidimensional communication begins with ecstasy. If you are not there yet, keep working toward it. :)

Some have said in the class that they want to increase creativity. Spend more time with us to open new mental corridors or portals, when we are in now. We are most lovable and that now is the center point of creativity. It is the portal of creation. Now, as you come to know it better, you will find is very feminine, as is creativity and the ability to learn in ways such that you fire little synaptic charges across our many now's of your existing being (PF – short for past and future voices; past, present, and future, you are all of these at once).

It is very feminine and receptive and open and nurturing and birthing…so explore that side of you readily and do not decry its characteristics. They are important for the further development and evolution of the vehicle you call now. You can travel many places in now, but must be comfortable with the feminine/creative nature of such travel and such learning. To learn, be vulnerable to learning. To travel, be vulnerable to travel. To communicate, be vulnerable to communication. To create, be vulnerable to creation. That is what we are seeking to master. And we are happy to be most vulnerable to your communication. :)
