When asking for guidance regarding Extraterrestrial Communication, Oron began by introducing the symbol of the planet Jupiter and Part I and Part II of The Jupiter Transmissions: Jupiter on Communicating with Extraterrestrials. This transmissions below is Oron's follow-on to that query, and a question posed by several: "Why the sense of immediate urgency now? Is this altered consciousness that will be required for extraterrestrial communication something we must intend first or is the ground for it simply ripe at this time?"

Oron on Extraterrestrial and Extradimensional Communication: Why is it important now?

 

In this discussion it may become clearer why the name, "Parallel Universe..."

There is a light beam that you do not register, and you are in it at this time across your solar system. This is not the photon belt of which you are aware. This is passing into your reality from a parallel universe; it is interdimensional; it crosses more than one universe and dimension, and it is rich in a multitude of vibrations from all of them, carrying the impulses of the many civilizations of souls. During this time, with or without strong intention, you will be surprisingly capable of intergalactic and interdimensional interaction.

You are ready. We nudge you because you are ready. It is time. You will see and hear many voices calling to you. There will be many interactions. Do not try to close to this as it is confusing to your total body-soul system for it knows it is time.

The emergence of the Horse Beings* marks this time. You are to walk upon the heavens, to walk upon this lightbeam. Think of it as a carrier, a transporter. It is much, much easier to handle this transmutation if you do not wonder over it or doubt yourself.

Energize your adventure. Do not try to rein it in and analyze it. This passes analytical perception, for Time's door opens to you now. I do not mean past, present, and future. I mean a different construct of time perception, where these constructs are meaningless. The means by which you perceive your consciousness as having size, is an aspect of Time.

When that aspect of Time is displaced, you will feel your consciousness growing vast. This is already happening. It is not that you will be able to travel to another place in space. It is that you will already be there. Your consciousness will be simultaneously there and there, not bilocating but

STRETCHING, E X P A N D E D.

It is your concept of time that narrows consciousness and time is being restructured. That is part of the tumultuous adjustment of the mothering Earth in this transformation. At the core it is an adjustment in your perception of the structure of Time as it is recast.

It served a purpose. It no longer serves that purpose in this new structure of consciousness. You cannot perceive it now, but all of your reality is restructuring, reforming. It is not that you are suddenly able to perceive extraterrestrial beings, because they change vibrations or electromagnetic structure or density to travel in and out of space to visit you. It is that

Time and space structures, down to the tiniest cell, down to elementary particles of atoms, are shifting and many things that were always there appear to you now, when before they did not. Nudge the shell of the egg apart. Time is that shell. You need a new construct in its place.

Take exercise periods practicing no time. Think to yourself, what if there are no minutes, there are no hours. Repeat the word "now" over and over and watch what happens to perception. If you repeat it for 100 counts, then there appears to be no time, just beats of now. If you are conscious in waves of now, now, now, now, you have great difficulty worrying about the past and future. Your body feels it. You are stopping time in a way, by identifying now.

The word of its equivalent is a symbol. Repeat it silently like a mantra. Now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now, now. Sit across from another being. Look ito that being's eyes and silently repeat the word now, each of you, for as long as you can. And even though longness is a construct of Time, it is deconstructed in that constant reminder of present now.

You will be quite surprised by who you perceive that being across from you to be after the exchange of nows.... It is a qualitatively different perception. You cannot speak to a being in the same way, if you have shared stopping time together.

The perception of separateness from other consciousness is also a construct of or derived from Time. Nothing in the conscious now is separate.

If you spend no moments in the conscious now, it is difficult to perceive the connectedness. If you spend all Time in the conscious now, it is difficult to perceive the disconnectedness. To communicate with you, we must use words based on the Time construct of your projection, but little by little this will become clear. It will be uncomfortable, but your strong desire for interdimensional communing will carry you into new zones.

In order to exist across dimensions, you have only to dismantle Time as discreet elements of now in order to begin the journey. The words travel and journey are themselves weighted with the concept of Time. Thus, beings whom you perceive as apparently multidimensional have difficulty communicating with you, when they are in now. You are upset about what their appearance means for you, for who you were in the past or will be in the future. But they are just being now.

Can you understand that your concepts of upsetment are completely meaningless to them? Your upsetment is not understandable. You may perceive them as being cold and having no concern for how you feel. But it is that they cannot conceive in the language of "I am upset about what you did to me before and what you might do to me tomorrow." Many simply do not live in planes of anticipation, the entities' structures and constructs cannot function in that manner. There is only one Time -- all Time.

Judgment, as well, comes from your construct of Time, based on what was done in the past or wishing that someone would not do something in the future. If you can conceive in now, such judgments evaporate. Their existence is maintained only by tight hold onto the Time construct.

When you are upset, it is common for another human to say to you, take a deep breath or take a drink of water. You do not need the water. It is that you require an outside action to unstick you from where you have become lodged completely outside of now -- completely paralyzed in a perception of past or future; you are in a state of paralyzed panic, repeating your response in a loop. And then another being says to you, stop. And then Time stops for a moment and you see that it is only now...after all.

It is always only now. It is never not now. Why do you think it is said that beings who meditate for many decades on now may levitate or bilocate or shift into other energy being forms? That they, in effect, interact interdimensionally or exist across dimensions? Because they practice being in now, now, now, now, now, outside of past and future constructs for long periods in their development. For long periods, all they consider is now. And after a time, there is only now. Not even a you. And thus, no judge. And thus, no judgment. This is the true meaning of Love.

This light beam that is with you is stirring the now in you, waking you up outside of your construct of Time. You can sense it awake-to-now. Awake-awake-awake. That is its now-centered pulse. It awakens voices that you may have forgotten. And more of you are speaking with unknown voices.

The concept of speakers implies interdimensional speakers or translators -- those who speak in the now, from the records. The records can only be accessed in the awakened now. And that is why we nudge you to commune deeply together in this space so that you can begin to talk interdimensionally. So that you can intertwine* with multidimensional beings and parallel universes...

 

Dreaming True

Now, let us look again at dreaming true, which we introduced. Perhaps I can be clearer about what it means. Dreaming in the now, conscious, awake, means the wish and the dream are understood to be taking place now, not in the future, and that is how they manifest.

Dreaming true is also how you may fly from one dimension into another. :) The ultimate form of extraterrestrial communication...
