A new development in the Inca Transmissions; for the first time today the Inca Guide dictated a long message. He is usually a Guide of few words.... He normally focuses on meditation exercises/adventures/ceremonies more than philosophy (allowing your consciousness to extrapolate the lesson from that). This was a surprise. "Yes, I do talk," he said, and had quite a lot to say that is slightly different from "you-create-your-own-reality," about how we think of consciousness.. There are a number of "consciousness stretching" exercises as well, as "practice" is his focus. He dictates differently than other transmissions, carrying on a subliminal dialogue with me/us when my questions or doubts com up, answering those then hopping right back into the subject. I will be naturally curious to see what comes next.

Background regarding the Incan-Lemurian Guide as written prior to July 2007:

This is a short message. However, all of the meditations for the Incan-Lemurian class, and many other meditations and private readings, are transmissions of the Inca-Lemurian Guide who first appeared in a dream in the Spring of 2006. He identifies himself as Feather or "Q" and has a very dry sense of humor. Most of my own personal meditation development comes from following his instructions and asking for a teaching. This now includes The Bird Teachings and the Unfolding Wing Ceremony which will be part of the class. Since he does not usually "dictate" or send verbatim verbal messages that I transcribe, there is only one "transmissions." But the body of work that is The Parallel Universe Meditations is from my work with this guide, and this is his communication style. These meditations include: The Whole Earth Meditation, The Light Mask Ceremony (several songs from "Parallel Universe II" were actually spun by this meditation ceremony), Stargate and Sunloops, and now The Unfolding Wing Ceremony. More than one person in the classes has been able to perceive or interact with him on their own. i

This message below is the first time he ever transmitted a greeting. In this case it is directed to the first group taking Right Brain Aerobics I, the Final Class on Aug. 31, 2006, when this meditation or initiation was first performed publicly. The greeting is "La Ho." See the footnotes to find out about the unusual synchronicity I discovered in his closing greeting.

He was first introduced to me by Oron and Orcas Whales who appeared to me in dreams and then led me into the Pacific Ocean (I had just returned from Orcas Island). I met this "Inca" guide sitting, arms folded, waiting, on a kind of rock table structure that looked like it could have been an underwater temple -- in the southern center of the Pacific Ocean, at the bottom of the Ocean, tapping his foot. (He explains that this is an alternate reality Peru, and that the civilization is pre-Incan and Lemurian.) He began to talk immediately and gave very detailed descriptions of the connection between the entities of Lemuria and their travels to and later incarnations in Peru and the Tibet region; he described the nature of water as the "carrier" of life, with a picture of a water "spout" or "sprout" he said, indicating that we should communicate regularly and lovingly our wishes to the water of our bodies.

He often appears in meditations with Oron, and the Stargate & SunLoops Ceremony cannot be done without both. He has appeared as a Wolf guide. His "teaching meditations" often take a long time and he is very circumspect and matter of fact; I am sometimes resistant -- until the end, which is most often not at all what I expected, and I am often reduced to tears -- or to write a piece of music. I'm not quite sure how this is accomplished... He sometimes appears as an Owl guide in dreams (A large red feathered Owl who winks at me in lucid dreams -- and in meditation he commented, "Now do you see why I like to be called Feather?")

The first dictated message for others is below, coming in on 8-31-06 after the Right Brain Aerobics session in which the Whole Earth Meditation was conducted the night before; at the last moment he had specified using a combination of drum, rainstick, and voice in a certain procedure, which I had never done before and this took me to an entirely new place in the meditation.

I will later include the story of his first appearance, some of his descriptions of Lemuria and Lemurian incarnations in Peru and Tibet after the destruction of Lemuria.

The Whole Earth Initiation Ceremony
The Unknown Self

The Whole Earth Meditation is an ancient initiation ceremony into the Dreaming of Earth II, into Earth II energy. It impacts the physical body and the energy body strongly, increasing their connectivity with the crystal magnetic core and the projection of the Earth identity. You will begin to recognize this signature as we explore deeper into the new realms of Earth II.

Life begins anew in its transformations and transmutations of such civilizations of identity. As you merge into the Being, the Dreamer, the Thinker of Earth II, you begin this new life. You are vulnerable* to the dreams of this larger consciousness -- its ebbs and flows of growth, its mathematical expansions**. Those who were ready to converge at this conjunction were present last night. Welcome.

It is this willingness to jump into your unknown self, to access it directly, to come to know its data banks, its boundaries, its open spaces, and simply say the truth of what you see, that will enable you to become the self of Earth II.

You will now begin to perceive the symbols of Earth II; practice drawing them, whatever comes to you, for they are accessible in her ether, already in formation, and like walking a labyrinth, the drawing hand draws you into her energy structure.

As we work together now, you may know me as a Wolf, an Owl, or by the symbol of a Feather or the letter "Q" in your dreams and visions. My name has the sound and symbol of that which is called Feather or Wing. The sense of my name in Lemurian terms contains the sense of Feather as both "light" (beams), "light" in weight and special structure, capable of floating or flying -- and lightness of touch or breath. Magic is inherent in the lightness of touch. May you live life in this lightness.

Next we will begin the Light Mask Ceremony, an initiation into the Dreamer of the Sun and her star energy, and the sister Blue Sun and her star energy which has joined us to others since the beginning. And we will then move into the Stargate and the vast data banks of the Sun.

FOOTNOTES & COMMENTARY: (Note especially the references below to "La Ho."

*The phrase "you are vulnerable to_______" is an affirmative action denoted by both Oron and Feather in an abnormal sense, and also by the Voices Past and Future -- they usually mean "you surrender to, resonate with, learn in, and become this thing," implying that this surrender or vulnerability is the ultimate state for learning and transformation from the energies of the object or idea or being.

**"Mathematical expressions" are commonly associated by the Incan-Lemurian Guide in conjunction with understanding, communicating with, or being planetary consciousness; he will at times show a planet completely described as a whir of mathematical expressions until I am dizzy -- and then supply an elucidating picture; he also discusses the "depth and spin" of numbers.

***"La ho." I had never heard this phrase before and he had never used it before this message. (He commonly introduces processes in which I am given or "hear" unusual words or pictures and then I research them and am amazed at the connections. This is one of the reasons I have not before published instructions from Feather, or the Inca Guide as I call him, as most items he describes prompt vast arrays of footnotes and pictures.) For "La ho," his closing to the class, there are quite extraordinary synchronicities worth noting, and quite relevant to his message above.

First, one reference said that "La Ho Chi" is "a lost ancient healing form, originating in China before recorded history." Given the Inca/Lemurian Guide's descriptions of Lemurian incarnations and even travels in the regions of Tibet, this is most interesting.

"Instructions for LaHoChi were given to a spiritual teacher named Satchamar on May 15th, 1991. The “La” refers to the light, love and wisdom coming from the Christ Frequencies. The “Ho” refers to the movement of this energy and the “Chi” is the life force. Therefore, LaHoChi is healing light of the highest frequencies, that moves energy with the combined intentions of spiritual and human beings to wherever it needs to go. It can be used to heal the earth, humans, animals and planets." I find particularly interesting the reference to the healing of Planets -- the Whole Earth Meditation is the first step, by becoming the energies of the Planet and then transforming.

Second reference was just as synchronous, in conjunction with is discussion of entering and becoming Earth II: note this reference about 13th Octave LaHoChi - Healing for New Earth or Nova Earth and Nova Being: Next Steps. In effect, it addresses not only a new Earth but a new Being on Earth, which mirrors exactly his message above. This is the URL:

Third: I sometimes believe that the Inca Guide's references to words or names or pictures or equations often left for me to research, is a way of teasing me -- or stopping me abruptly or others from enjoying the idea that this kind of meditative adventure is simply a deeper aspect of imagination. "La Ho" was certainly a complete surprise -- I started not to reproduce it as he said it, because it sounded sort of silly. But I have learned better with him, and wrote it in.

I was at first skeptical, But I learned my lesson with the name "Melchiades," which he used in a meditation called "Stargate and SunLoops." In this meditation he presented the name for me to research in relation to a question I had asked about an African connection. This is sometimes his method -- he will show me amazing symbols in dreams or meditation and not explain them, showing me a picture of a library and the idea of research. "Melchiades" appeared, oddly, when I asked about African connections and past lives. And in my research of it (quite synchronously while re-reading all of the Celestine Prophecy books and having recently heard James Redfield speak) -- the answer literally knocked me for a loop; you might be surprised that this is not at all a made up name and the being was actually involved in documents and the Church at the time of Constantine. However, the most startling aspect was that this "name" -- which appears as both Melchiades and Meltiades -- was one of only four African Popes, and led me down a further labyrinth of research into the intrigues and hidden byways of that time and my own past adventures...

Having opened this Pandora's box, I will subsequently write or teach more about the many other corridors introduced by this most remarkable being -- from Peru to Lemuria to the bottom of the Ocean to Saturn's Rings and to the distant Blue Planet and Sun of Oron and the adjoining Stargate. The Inca guide has generously and patiently led me far beyond my ideas into quite unknown territory and worlds of beings, which he introduces through unexpected meditation adventures. He normally introduces these by asking me to imagine a specific wall as a membrane into a Parallel Universe, which leads directly into an "alternative" Machu Picchu as he terms it, and we go from there, often beginning with an ascent up a very steep craggy, rocky pointed peak. Sometimes we use this as an entry point into a kind of cave with beings and some kind of technology, and this symbol below is embedded into some kind of stone or technology -- usually as a white circle with a black triangle in the middle, here with a black background to accent it -- and from there we can go into Lemuria, where there is a most interesting school taught by a pale blue Crystal Man and attended by beings from Earth and many other locations.

In closing -- if you see a large feather, a large red owl, this symbol, or an Incan Guide in your dreams or meditations, do pay close attention and enjoy the adventure. :)
